For our Hot Rolled process Seamless Pipes & Tubes, we have adopted the core technology of Cross Roll Piercing, Accu Mandrel Mill and Hot Sizing. For Cold Finish process Seamless Pipes & Tubes, we have adopted the core technology of Cold Pilgering and Draw Bench, which gives us premier quality and superior finish.
Seamless Pipes and Tubes are produced by heating round billets/bars of steel and then piercing it with a bullet-shaped piercer, over which the steel is stretched. This is followed by rolling and drawing to produce the desired dimensions. The final products are NDE Tested, Hydrostatically tested, Inspected, Coated if required, and stenciled with the specifications.
